JOY is what leads us in the pre-school program. Safe, healthy, happy children learn best and our goal is to not only provide an excellent foundational education but to provide for the WHOLE child’s needs.

The LUO House is a safe, warm family environment for children rescued from abuse, neglect and abandonment. It provides a loving, joyful home to 12 children and is truly the heart of what we do!
